## Free AI Level 1 Support {#ai-support}

**🤖 Use SafeKit with Your Favorite LLM**

  1. Open an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or any other LLM.
  2. Paste the contents of [llms.txt](<https://safekit.eviden.com/llms.txt>) into the chat.
  3. To verify that the LLM has correctly processed the SafeKit knowledge base, ask: `What is the default value of maxloop in SafeKit?`
  4. The correct answer is `3`.
  5. You can then ask questions such as: 
     * Sales and pre-sales questions
     * Step-by-step installation guidance
     * Configuration and setup assistance
     * Technical troubleshooting
     * Log analysis

## Standard Support & Maintenance {#standard-support}

Subject to payment of the related Support and Maintenance Fees, the End User is entitled to the following remote services:

  * Web-site access for up to four named Technical Contacts to the European Support Centre, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for the purpose of reporting an incident or requesting assistance.
  * On-line support from the Support Centre from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, European Call Centre local time, Monday through Friday.
  * Access for up to four named Technical Contacts to a knowledge database, FAQ, and other on-line information facilities.
  * After an incident is reported, Eviden acknowledges reception within four Support Centre Working Hours.
  * Delivery of Service Packs, Updates and Upgrades for the Licensed Product at no additional charges.
  * Right to obtain new License Keys at no additional charge in the event of a change of the licensed server hostnames.

## Free Certification & Training Program {#training}

SafeKit offers a free online certification and training program covering high availability concepts, cluster architecture, installation, configuration, and administration — for both mirror and farm modules.
